Position ID
A unique number that identifies a specific position.
A Position ID is a unique 9- or 10-digit number assigned to each position. It is used to identify the position, whether it is open or closed.
Approved short definition: A unique number that identifies a specific position. Example: If you contact support about a specific position, include the Position ID so we can identify it correctly. Do not use: Do not use Position ID to identify an asset, an order, a deposit, a withdrawal, or the customer’s account. Do not assume one Position ID covers all positions in the same asset. Do not ask only for the asset name when the customer’s issue relates to a specific position.
