How do I add or remove funds from my virtual account?

If you wish to add funds to your virtual account, please open a ticket with our Customer Service team and specify in your message how much you would like to have added.
The maximum amount we can add to your virtual balance is $100,000. We can also remove virtual funds from your account down to a minimum of $2,000.
If your virtual portfolio's value drops below $1, your available cash will automatically refill to $2,000. This process cannot be switched off or canceled.
It is important to note that we cannot completely reset your virtual account (such as your trading history and stats). You may, however, open a new etoro account, using a different email address and username, in order to have a new virtual portfolio with $100,000 and no trading history or stats.
