How do I change my account details?

Any of your account details can be updated, with the exception of your username.

We have dedicated help pages on how to update your registered contact information.

• Phone number
• Email address
• Postal address

To update or correct any of the personal details below, open a Customer Service case with the details of the request and attach a valid proof of identity.

• Name*
• Citizenship
• Date of birth
• Place of birth

*If you’ve changed your name, we will need a proof of name change, such as a marriage certificate or court order, in addition to a proof of identity.

To switch to a securities-only account, please complete the request form.

Note: CopyTrader is not available for securities-only accounts.
