How do I close my account?

If there is anything we can do to keep you with us, please let us know. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and your feedback is invaluable.
In order to close your account, please follow the self-service account closure link at the bottom of your Account Settings page.
Please ensure that all open positions are closed and available funds are withdrawn.
In order to place a withdrawal request, please follow these simple steps:
- Click the 'Withdraw Funds' tab on the left-hand menu
- Enter the amount to withdraw (in USD)
- Complete the electronic withdrawal form as required
- Click 'Submit'
