How do I manage my etoro notifications?

To opt in or out from any email and push notifications that you receive from us, follow these steps:

1. Go to Notifications Settings (or enter your etoro account and click Settings ⚙️, in the left-hand menu, then click Notifications).
2. Select any of the channels of communication tabs.
3. On the left sidebar, select the relevant topic.
4. Click the button on or off next to the relevant notification.

Note that you cannot opt out from important emails from us about the status of your deposits and withdrawals, corporate events affecting your portfolio, and requests for documents we may need to maintain your account.

If you have enabled web push notifications but still don’t receive them, you may need to approve etoro in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

As long as you have enabled notifications on your trusted mobile device, the 2FA code will arrive via push notification, regardless of your settings on the etoro app.
