How do I settle a deceased loved one’s etoro account?

etoro USA is here to assist you when you need to settle a deceased loved one’s etoro account. In the event you are the beneficiary or executor of an estate and an etoro account exists for the decedent, please contact us as soon as possible to make us aware. We have provided the steps below to facilitate a request in settling your loved one’s assets.

Steps to submit a request:

1. Contact us via our online customer service center portal.
2. Select “visitor” and click “open a new ticket”.
3. Enter the requested contact information.
4. Under “Type of Query” select the drop-down “Account Details”.
5. Under “I would like help with” select the drop-down “Account Details – other”.
6. Provide us with a description of your request in as much detail as possible
7. Attach each of the required documents from the following list: 
   

• Copy of your current, valid government-issued photo identification 
• A certified copy of the Death Certificate 
• A copy of the Last Will & Testament (if applicable) 
• Probate Documents (e.g., Letters of Testamentary, Letters of Administration,  Expedited Small Estate Affidavit). One of these documents is required to help demonstrate the proper person is receiving the deceased’s assets.
