If a payment does not go through, we will cancel your Recurring Deposits plan and inform you both by email and via a notification within the platform.
This feature is not currently available in the etoro AI app. If you are using etoro AI, please use the etoro app or the web version of etoro for this action.
Recurring Deposits may fail if there is an issue related to your debit card.
For example, the card may have expired, or it may be declined due to insufficient funds or an issue with your etoro investment account.
Once you have solved the debit card issue, you can set up a new Recurring Deposits plan.
