A dividend is a portion of a company's profits that’s distributed to shareholders. They may be paid out as cash or additional stock.
If you hold a position, you’ll automatically receive the gross dividend payment in your etoro account and it will be reflected in your account balance, history, or holdings.
Receiving a dividend is a taxable event and you should plan accordingly.
