What is the status of my transfer?

You can check your cashflows page in the etoro platform to see the status of your crypto transfer to the etoro Money crypto wallet:

• Under review

After you submit a request to transfer a position, etoro needs to approve it. During this time, you will find the position you have requested to transfer with the status ‘Under Review’.

Before the request is approved, the position appears as ‘Pending Transfer’ in your portfolio, both under the My Portfolio tab and the Orders section.

A position that is ‘pending transfer’ is still open, and could be closed automatically if it has a Stop Loss or Take Profit order. For this reason, you can adjust (or completely remove) your Stop Loss or Take Profit orders to ensure that you keep your transfer request active.

• Sending Coins

As soon as we approve the transfer, we close your crypto position.

The full value of the trade will move temporarily to your ‘Cash Available’ balance until we finalise the transfer. If you use these funds before your transfer has been processed, your transfer request will fail.

• Processed

Once the transfer is successful, you will see the units credited in your etoro Money crypto wallet.

In the Portfolio, the closed position will move to your account History.

The units will now appear in your etoro Money crypto wallet.
