Why did I not receive a Consolidated 1099 Form, 1099-DA, or 1099 Int Form?

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Not available in EN-US — showing English.

We only generate Consolidated 1099 and 1099-DA* Forms if you had a taxable event in your etoro account during the tax year.

You will not receive tax documents if all the following statements are true:

  • You received cash dividends totalling less than $10 or more or $20 for fractional stock positions;
  • You received less than $10 in interest on cash;
  • and you did not sell a stock, crypto, or options position;
  • and you received less than $600 in other income (such as Refer a Friend bonuses).

You can use the Account Statement feature in the etoro Investment app anytime, regardless of which tax documents you may receive.

*For tax years before 2025, we provided a Crypto Tax Form instead. Previously downloaded forms remain available in the Documents section.

This is provided for informational purposes only. etoro does not provide tax or legal advice. You should consult with a tax or legal professional to address your particular situation.
