Why don't I receive push notifications to log into my account? (2FA)

If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) activated in your etoro account, you should receive a push notification when logging in on your trusted mobile device.

If you’re not receiving push notifications from etoro:

• Make sure that you have the latest version of the etoro app (606.0.0 or higher)
• Make sure that push notifications are activated for the etoro app via the settings on your device.

You can choose to receive a verification code via text message or phone call if you’re still not receiving push notifications.
