How do I order the etoro Visa debit card?

When you first become eligible for the etoro card, you will receive an email and a notification in the app offering you the option to order your etoro card.

You can also order the etoro card at any time from the wallet, or the club dashboard.

In the etoro AI app, select Available from the Home tab, then open your local currency account to order an etoro card.

Your etoro card should arrive within 7 business days for UK clients, or within one month for clients in other European countries. See how to activate your card.

How do I order a new etoro card after it expires?

It depends on whether your expired card was ever activated:

If the card was never activated

• You will not see the usual option to order a new one, so use this link to request a replacement.

If the card was activated before it expired

• You can order a new one from the wallet, or the club dashboard.
