Is CFD trading blocked in my country?

CFD trading is restricted in certain countries due to local regulatory rules. Currently, CFD trading is not permitted for some or all clients residing in certain countries, including:
- Belgium
- Brazil (residents who joined etoro on or after 2 February 2026)
- Hong Kong
- Israel
- New Zealand
- Spain
- USA
If you do not reside in one of the above countries, there are other reasons why you may not be able to trade CFDs.
