What is Spaceship?

Spaceship is an Australian investing platform based in Sydney, exclusively for Australian residents. It was acquired by etoro in 2024. etoro clients can link their Spaceship and etoro accounts.

Spaceship provides three main products:

• Spaceship Voyager - a selection of managed funds
• Spaceship Super - a superannuation fund
• US Investing - access to a range of US-listed stocks and ETFs

How do I link my Spaceship and etoro accounts?

Linking your Spaceship and etoro accounts lets you view your Spaceship balances directly in the etoro app. You can link an existing Spaceship account or create a new one — the process is the same either way.

To link your Spaceship and etoro accounts:

1. Go to spaceship.com.au and click Log In in the top right corner.
2. Select Sign in with etoro and sign in using your etoro credentials.
3. Follow the prompts to create a new Spaceship account or link your existing one.
4. Once confirmed, your Spaceship balances will appear in the etoro app.

You will need your Spaceship login details and your mobile phone to verify your identity and access Spaceship during this process.

Ensure your etoro account is verified and your personal information is up to date on both platforms before linking.

I’m new to Spaceship — can I create an account through etoro?

Yes. When you select Sign in with etoro on the Spaceship login screen, you will be given the option to create a new Spaceship account using your etoro details. Your accounts will be linked automatically once your new account is set up.

What happens after I link my accounts?

Once linked, your Spaceship balances will be visible in the Wallet tab of the etoro app. Balances are synced once daily from Spaceship to etoro, so intra-day changes may not show immediately.

Your Spaceship Voyager, US Investing, and Available Money balances also contribute towards your etoro Club balance. However, balances in Spaceship Super are not included for regulatory reasons. Learn how the club balance is calculated.

Management of your Spaceship investments can only be done through the Spaceship app or website.

Can I transfer stocks between Spaceship and etoro?

You can transfer eligible US-listed stocks between the two platforms, provided they are available on both. Fees and limitations apply. Visit Spaceship’s website for more information.

Can I unlink my accounts?

Yes. If you would like to unlink your Spaceship and etoro accounts, contact Spaceship’s customer support directly.

I’m having trouble linking my accounts. What should I do?

If you run into any issues during the linking process, try the following:

• make sure you are signing in with the same etoro credentials you use in the etoro app
• check that the personal details on your Spaceship and etoro accounts match

If you still cannot link your accounts, contact Spaceship’s customer support for assistance.
