Why haven’t I received my etoro Club gift yet?

Once you choose a gift and fill out your address details, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our supplier. It may then take up to one month for the gift to arrive.

Keep an eye out for the tracking link sent to the email address you entered when choosing the gift, as you must sign for it in person. If you miss the delivery, the gift will be returned.

If it's been longer than a month, or you think you may have missed the delivery, please open a Customer Service ticket or contact us via chat and we will investigate further.
