Can I transfer crypto from my wallet to the etoro investment platform?

After receiving crypto in your etoro crypto wallet, you have the option to transfer supported cryptoassets to your etoro investment account portfolio. etoro doesn’t charge a fee for this transfer – only the blockchain fee applies.

Once transferred, the crypto will appear as an open trade in your portfolio, behaving like a normal position and enabling you to:

• monitor the position alongside your other investments
• set a stop loss or take profit
• earn staking rewards on eligible assets
• sell the asset

To transfer crypto from your wallet to your portfolio

1. Log in to your etoro account.
2. Go to Wallet > Crypto Wallet and select the cryptoasset you’d like to transfer.
3. Select Transfer.
4. Enter the number of units you wish to transfer.**
5. Confirm the transfer with a verification code.
6. Your position will appear in your etoro portfolio within 15 minutes, with an opening price based on the cryptoasset’s value at the time of transfer*.

While the transfer is pending, you can review it in your wallet under 'Activities'. Pending transfers cannot be cancelled.

Once completed, you can review the details of your transfer:

• in your portfolio history, listed as 'Compensation'
• in your account statement, as a position opened at the time of transfer
• in the Wallet tab, under 'Activities'
