Does etoro charge withdrawal fees?

It depends on the withdrawal method that you use.
If you withdraw funds from your etoro USD investment account to any external account, there is a $5 fee. There may also be a conversion fee if you withdraw to an account in a non-USD currency. (See more information about conversion fees here.)
If you transfer funds from your etoro USD investment account to your etoro GBP or EUR account, there is no withdrawal fee, but there may still be a conversion fee.
If you withdraw funds from your etoro GBP or EUR account to any external GBP or EUR account, there is no fee, and no conversion fee required.
Note that you may be charged by the funding provider involved in the transfer (intermediary bank, receiving bank, or your credit card provider).
