What if my credit card has been cancelled?

Although we offer a choice of payment methods when you withdraw funds from your etoro account, we may have to refund the original deposits where we deem it necessary to ensure the security of your funds.

You may need to contact us if a credit / debit card you used to deposit to your etoro account has been canceled, but still appears in your payment options when withdrawing your funds.

If the associated bank account remains open, you don’t need to do anything. Any refunds made to your original card are automatically transferred to this account.

If the associated bank account has been closed, we’ll need proof so that we can process your funds to an alternative payment method.

In that case, please provide an official confirmation of the closure from your bank, showing:

• Your full name
• The bank’s stamp or logo
• The last four digits of the canceled card

Once we receive confirmation that the bank account has been closed, we’ll remove the card details from our system, and you’ll no longer have the option to withdraw funds from your etoro account to this card.
