The validity of an address can be checked online. In order to check whether the address is valid, simply take the public address and search for it in the relevant blockchain explorer.
For example, you can find scanners here: <https://etherscan.io/> (Ethereum), <https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch> (BCH/BTC) and <https://live.blockcypher.com/> (LTC and more).
