How can I cancel my withdrawal?

You can cancel a withdrawal request directly from the platform while it is still in the 'Pending' status. Once our Operations team begins processing the request, the status changes to 'In Process' and the withdrawal can no longer be cancelled from the platform.

How do I cancel a pending withdrawal?

1. Access your withdrawal request in your cashflow history, or by entering your investment account and clicking on the Withdraw Funds tab.
2. A pop-up message will appear. Use the Click Here link to view your withdrawal history.
3. Click the Cancel button next to the withdrawal request.
4. Confirm that you wish to cancel the request.

How long do I have to cancel a withdrawal?

You can cancel a withdrawal yourself while the status is still 'Pending'. Once the status changes to 'In Process', the request has moved to our Operations team for processing and the Cancel button is no longer available.

What should I do if I can no longer cancel via the platform?

If your withdrawal status is 'In Process', contact our Customer Service with the withdrawal reference.

If the funds have already been sent to the payment provider, the withdrawal cannot be reversed. If the request is still with our Operations team, we may still be able to cancel it on your behalf.

How are cancelled funds returned to my account?

When a withdrawal is cancelled, the full amount, including any withdrawal fee, is returned to your etoro available balance. The funds are then ready to be used or withdrawn again.
