How do I cancel a pending crypto transfer to the etoro crypto wallet?

If you have requested to transfer crypto from the etoro investment platform to your etoro crypto wallet and wish to cancel the request, you can do so before etoro processes it. Follow these steps:

On the web version of etoro:

• Click Portfolio in the sidebar (or go to your Portfolio here).
• Click Orders.
• Locate the pending crypto transfer and click Cancel.

On the etoro mobile app:

• Tap Portfolio at the bottom of the screen.
• Tap Orders.
• Locate the pending crypto transfer and tap Cancel.

If you cancel the transfer, the crypto will stay in your etoro investment account and will not be sent to your etoro crypto wallet.
