How do I know if my account is verified?

You can check the verification status of your etoro investment account at any time.

There are 3 ways you can view your verification status on etoro (web version or mobile app):

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar, then click on the Verification Centre

• If your account is verified, it will be indicated here.
• If your account is not verified, the Verification Centre will detail exactly which documents you need to provide.

1. Look at the box in the sidebar under your username.

• If you see ‘Bronze’ or your etoro Club level, your account is verified.
• If you see an invitation to ‘Complete Profile’ and a progress bar, your account is not verified.

1. Click on your username.

• If you see a green tick next to your profile photo, your account is verified.
• If not, your account is not verified.
