How do I remove my personal information from etoro after closing my account?

Once your account is closed, we’ll stop collecting information from you and your email address will be removed from our mailing list.
If you would like us to delete your information, please contact Customer Service.
We are able to remove your social activity data from the platform, such as watchlist follows, posts, comments, likes, and shares.
In accordance with our regulatory bodies’ rules on record-keeping and our Terms and Conditions, we are required to keep some of your records on file for several years after your account is closed.
