What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten the password of your etoro investment account or you have entered an invalid password when signing in and you cannot access your account, reset your password as follows:

1. Go to the etoro Login page.
2. Enter your username or the email address registered on your etoro account.
3. Click ‘Sign in’ without entering a password.
4. Click ‘Reset it here’.
5. On the ‘Forgot your password?’ screen, type your email address.
6. Click ‘Submit’.
7. Check your email and click on the unique reset password link, which can be used once and is valid for 24 hours only. Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive in your main inbox.
8. Once your password has been changed, log in using your new password.

* If you used a different email address from the one you registered with, your password will not be retrieved.
