What is proof of identity?

In order to verify your account, we will require a copy of your valid passport or both sides of your government-issued identification card.

This copy must contain:

• Your full name as registered with us
• Your date of birth
• A clear photograph of you
• The date of issue and expiry
• The issuing authority
• Complete, uncropped details, including the machine-readable zone (MRZ) if applicable

The image must be a high-resolution JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF or PDF file with all the details clearly readable.

What will not be accepted?

• Covered details – you must not cover any of the above details
