What is the status of my crypto transfer?

After you request to transfer crypto from your etoro portfolio to the etoro crypto wallet, you can check the status of the transfer:

1. Press Portfolio.
2. Select My Portfolio > History.
3. Select Net Cashflows (you may need to scroll down).

Your crypto transfer appears here with one of the following statuses: Under Review, Sending Coins, or Processed. Find out what each status means below:

Under Review

After you submit a request to transfer a crypto position, it will appear as 'Pending Transfer' in your Portfolio.

At this stage:

• The position remains open.
• The position could be closed automatically if it has a Stop Loss or Take Profit order. You can adjust (or completely remove) your Stop Loss or Take Profit orders to ensure that you keep your transfer request active.
• You can still cancel the transfer request.

Sending Coins

After your request to transfer a crypto position has been approved, it shows in your Portfolio History.

At this stage:

• Your crypto position is closed.
• The full value of the position moves temporarily to your Cash Available balance.
• The option to cancel the transfer is no longer available.

Important: If you use the available funds before the transfer is processed, your request will fail.

Processed

Once the transfer is successful, the units are credited to your etoro crypto wallet.

To view your received crypto:

1. Go to the Wallettab.
2. Under ‘Crypto Wallet’, select the relevant crypto.
