The Verification Centre is the section in your account where you can view your verification status and manage any required documents.
It provides a clear overview of the information submitted, what is under review, and what is still required.
How do I access the Verification Centre?
- From the Home screen, select Settings
- Select Verification Centre
What information is shown in the Verification Centre?
The Verification centre displays the status of your account verification, including:
- completed items – marked with a green tick
- items under review – currently being checked by our team
- required items – documents or details you still need to provide
What information do I need to provide in the Verification Centre?
- Personal Details
- Experience and Objectives
- Phone Verification
- Proof of Identity
- Proof of Address
- Tax ID
What does it mean if my account is restricted?
If your account is restricted, this will be clearly indicated at the top of the Verification Centre.
When your account is restricted:
- some features may be unavailable
- you will see which requirements are pending
- you will be guided on what needs to be submitted to restore full access
Will I be notified before my account is restricted?
If your account is due to be restricted due to a missing or expired proof of identity (POI) or proof of address (POA), the Verification Centre will display a notice in advance.
This notice will include:
- the specific document that is missing, (POI or POA)
- the deadline by which must provide them to avoid restrictions
