What should I do if I cannot find the email to participate in a company meeting?

If you did not receive an email with the link to our partner Broadridge to vote at a shareholder meeting, you should:

• Check that the position you have on the stock with the upcoming company meeting is real (not a CFD).

• Check that you have registered your email address correctly on your etoro investment account.
• Check your email’s spam folder. Emails will be sent from proxy@voting.etoro.com
• Make sure your stock position is settled before the record date set by the issuing company (it takes around 2 business days to settle stock orders).
