If your account has been blocked or you are unable to access it, the following information may help you understand why and what to do next.

You have received arestrictionnotice
If your account has been restricted, you will typically receive an email from etoro explaining the reason. Common causes include incomplete or expired verification documents, requests for additional information, security concerns, or a breach of etoro's Terms and Conditions.
Check your inbox for any emails from etoro, or visit the Customer Service Centre to review any open communications. Your Verification Centre will also show if any verification-related action is required on your account.

Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you would like to resume trading with etoro, you will need to open a new account and complete the verification process.
