As long as your account is fully verified and no additional documentation is required, you may request to withdraw any funds in your available balance at any time.

In some cases, a withdrawal may be delayed. Common reasons include:

• Securityreview: withdrawals may be held for additional checks, particularly if your account has had unusual activity
• Accountverification: if your account is missing documents or has a restriction, your withdrawal may be delayed until the issue is resolved
• Closed or inactive bank account: If the bank account your withdrawal was sent to has been closed or is no longer active, the funds may be returned and your withdrawal will need to be reprocessed, which can cause additional delays

We reserve the right to return withdrawals to the original payment method used to deposit funds. If the amount you wish to withdraw exceeds the amount deposited with a single card or bank transfer, we may send the remainder to another payment method you have used to fund your account.

If any of your original payment methods can no longer receive funds, contact our Customer Service team before requesting a withdrawal so we can exclude the inactive method.
