Which regulation is my account under?

You can check which of etoro’s corporate entities your account is registered to, and the body that regulates it, by clicking here or following these steps:

1. Enter your etoro account.
2. Click Settings ⚙️ in the left-hand menu.
3. Access the Verification Centre.
4. Check your etoro entity and regulation at the bottom.

Your account will be under a certain etoro entity and regulation as soon as you make your first deposit and according to the Terms and Conditions you agreed to upon registration.
