Why can’t I send XRP from my etoro crypto wallet?

The first transaction in your XRP wallet reflects the XRP wallet creation fee and includes what Ripple refers to as the reserve. etoro covers this fee for customers. This reserve is required to maintain the wallet, meaning the initial transaction amount cannot be sent out.
Previously, the XRP wallet creation fee was as high as 45 XRP, but it has since been reduced for newer wallets.
While the fee amount may change over time, the initial transaction in your wallet cannot be wholly or partially transferred to another wallet.
