Why can’t I transfer from the etoro crypto wallet to the etoro investment platform?

Transferring crypto from the etoro crypto wallet to the etoro investment platform is not currently available to residents of the following countries and territories:

Bermuda
Hungary
Israel
Isle of Man
Jersey Island
Saint Barthelemy
Singapore
South Africa
Switzerland
United States
Virgin Islands

For clients in these countries, the process of transferring crypto is one-way only. This means that any crypto you transfer to your etoro crypto wallet cannot be transferred back to the etoro investment platform.
