Why do I need to verify my account?

The verification of your investment account is required in order to provide you with the best possible service and comply with financial service regulations.
The following are required in order to complete your account verification:
Your information is always kept confidential and is only used for compliance purposes.
Complete your account’s verification in the Verification Centre.
Important Information
To avoid account limitations, including restrictions on trading, withdrawal of funds, or account closure, all clients should complete verification as soon as possible.
At any point, etoro may request additional identification documents in accordance with regulations. Check your Verificaton Centre in your account to see what is required, or the Customer Service Centre for any open cases.
