Why is my crypto transfer still in process?

Your crypto transfer request from the etoro platform to the etoro crypto wallet may show as ‘Pending transfer’ due to these reasons:

• Five business days have not yet passed: This is the time frame in which etoro will process your request. We do not process requests on weekends and national holidays.
• We may require further documents: We are a regulated company, so in some cases, we may contact you to ask for more information before processing the transfer.
