How do I add funds to my ISA?

The etoro ISA, powered by Moneyfarm, is funded separately from your main etoro investment account. The only way to add money is via a payment from your own bank account directly to Moneyfarm, or by transferring an existing ISA from another provider.

Funds in your etoro USD investment account or local currency account cannot be moved into your ISA. If you want to invest in your ISA, you need to send a payment from your bank to Moneyfarm using the dedicated ISA funding flow.

How do I add funds to my ISA?

1. Go to the ISA section from the side menu.
2. Tap Add Funds in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Choose which ISA to add funds to.
4. Choose whether to add the funds from your bank account, your available cash within the ISA dashboard, or by transferring from an existing provider.

Always start the deposit from inside the ISA dashboard. Do not use the main DepositFunds option, as this only funds your etoro investment account and not your ISA.

From your bank account

When you choose to add funds from your bank account, you can select from the following options:

• Manual bank transfer – Moneyfarm provides their bank details and a unique reference. You then log in to your bank and send the payment using exactly those details. Funds should arrive within two business days.
• Easy bank transfer – connects directly to your bank to arrange the transfer without you entering details manually. Funds should arrive within two to three business days.
• Direct debit – set up a single or recurring monthly payment. The first payment may take up to 10 business days; subsequent payments arrive within three business days.

The minimum initial deposit across all ISAs is £500. The minimum for subsequent deposits is £100.

From available cash

Select this option to add funds to the ISA from your available cash section within the ISA dashboard.

You may have funds there if you are moving money between your Moneyfarm ISAs.

Transferring an existing ISA

Yes. You can move a Cash ISA or Stocks and Shares ISA from another provider to your etoro ISA. Learn how to transfer an existing ISA.

Why can't I transfer money from my etoro account into my ISA?

Your etoro ISA is held by Moneyfarm under separate banking infrastructure, so a direct transfer from your etoro investment account or local currency account into the ISA is not supported.

Why hasn't my ISA deposit appeared yet?

If your deposit is taking longer than the timeframes listed above:

• check that the payment used the unique reference provided by Moneyfarm
• confirm the payment was sent from a bank account held in your own name
