How do I deposit via AstroPay?

AstroPay is a fast and secure payment method that will soon be available to all etoro clients in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico.

To deposit via AstroPay

1. Initiate your deposit on etoro
2. Select Deposit Funds in the sidebar menu.
3. Enter your deposit amount and select AstroPay.
4. Review the deposit summary and payment information, then press Continue to be redirected to AstroPay.
5. Pay via AstroPay
6. Log in to your AstroPay account (or create one if you don't have one yet).
7. Select a funding source and make sure it has sufficient available funds to cover the total transaction amount, including any applicable fees. Depending on your country, you may see the deposit amount in USD or in your local currency.
8. Authorise and complete the payment.
9. Confirm and finish
10. Review your payment details.
11. To enable future withdrawals via AstroPay*, add your bank account information and press Confirm details.

Most deposits are credited instantly after payment confirmation.

If the AstroPay app does not show that your transaction was successful within 24 hours, please contact etoro Customer Service and provide the transaction ID and payment confirmation.

Fees and currency conversion

etoro accounts operate in USD. If you deposit in a currency other than USD, your funds will be converted to USD and etoro conversion fees apply. AstroPay or your selected funding source may also charge fees.

The final exchange rate is determined when the payment is processed.

Transaction limits

• Minimum deposit: $50 USD
• Maximum deposit: $100,000 USD

* AstroPay is a new deposit method. Withdrawals via AstroPay will be supported in the near future.
