How do I deposit with iDEAL?

iDEAL is a secure and convenient payment method for users in the Netherlands, allowing you to add funds to your etoro USD account directly through open banking.

Deposit with iDEAL

1. Open the side menu and select Deposit Funds.
2. Choose iDEAL as your payment method.
3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and press Continue.
4. You will be redirected to a secure iDEAL page to select your bank, log in to your online banking, and authorise the payment.

After you confirm your transaction, you are taken back to the etoro platform. If your transaction is not approved, we will notify you via email.

Once your bank confirms the transfer, the funds appear in your etoro account. iDEAL payments are usually processed instantly.

Important to know:

• Your deposit will be converted to USD. Conversion fees apply
• The maximum deposit per transaction is $50,000 (your bank may apply lower limits).
• Available only to users with accounts at supported Dutch banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Moneyou, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot
