Why am I getting charged fees when the instrument is suspended from the exchange?

When a stock is halted for trading at the exchange, it cannot be traded on the etoro platform. This means that new positions cannot be opened and existing positions cannot be closed until the conditions in the market change. Even though existing CFD positions cannot be closed, they are still subject to overnight fees.
