What are Volt and Tink?

Volt and Tink are companies that enable us to offer an Open Banking integration as our partner provider. They are a regulated payments firm licensed by the FCA and CySEC to initiate payments using the Open Banking APIs on behalf of etoro.

When you deposit funds to your local currency account using Open Banking, Volt, or Tink will handle the connection to your bank and, with your consent, start the payment process into your account.

This is why you’ll see their name as the Open Banking provider when authorising the payment with your bank.
